Housing Market Outlook Third Quarter 2010
The Real Estate Market in Toronto is moving to balanced conditions for the rest of 2010. The Canadian Housing and Mortgage Corporation predicts that housing sales will have some decline in numbers in 2011 but unit prices will likely remain stable in Toronto.
